Double negative review from same person
We take the reviews on our google page very seriously. 2 days ago we received a negative review, to which we promptly responded with a sollution to the problem. However, a few minutes ago we received a second negative review, from the same person (same name) but a different account!
Is there something we can do against this? It is clear that it is the same person, since he uses the same name and he placed a negative review for 2 companies on both the accounts.
