Dissapearing Reviews

Hello- My business is a Senior Living community where several seniors don't have computers so they use our community's computers in our business office. When residents say they want to post a review and then use our computer to do it, the reviews are always deleted by Google. I suppose since they think it was from our computer ID that it's not an authentic review. Does anyone know how to appeal these reviews in this type of situation?

Thanks!

Hi Nick,

Yes, reviews left from the IP address can alert Google that these could be fake reviews. I'm not sure there's a way to tell Google about this and have it stick, since it's their algorithm that catches them.
