you shouldn't be able to delete it.

It's Googles policy to keep closed business listings marked as permanently closed.

i have a situation, there was 2 listings for our business at the same address, i asked someone how to remove one and they on my behalf sent a suggestion to close it. so i now have a listing that says permanently deleted and our ongoing business, how could i remove or merge them so i only have one listing on google.
