Cannot see a newly posted review - what to do?

Hi all

I recently got a my nice review number 15 (5 days ago). But it cannot be seen. Neither on PC nor ipad.

I cannot see it in "mybusiness" either.

 

The customer is "Best Western Torvehallerne"  and you can see the start of the review below.

 

Can you guys see it?

What can I do?


1. Full business name:  firmafotografering.dk

3. Current telephone number 0045 60619596
4. Google Maps URL: Maps URL

 Hi @Jesper F - We are mostly volunteers on this forum and I'm not seeing the review. Could it be that Google might have removed the review?

Hmmm - the customer himself made the screenshot this afternoon so HE can :o/

I appreciate your help.

 

Is it possible to speak directly to Google?

Has any of you had luck getting them on the phone?

There are a lot of possible reasons that the review could be filtered. This article written by Joy Hawkins, a Google Top Contributor goes into a lot of detail on possible reasons why. https://whitespark.ca/blog/google-remove-reviews/

 

Some reasons are:

1. Your customers share an IP address with someone who already left you a review.

2. Your business offers WiFi that customers connect to and you’ve logged into your Google My Business account from this WiFi.

3. The review contains a URL.

4. You have an onsite review station (iPad, computer etc) at your location.

5. You are offering incentives for people who write your reviews.

 

Do you think any of these pertain to your customer?
