Can't publish photos through the "Trusted Photographer Pano Editor"

Hi, I'm working on a 360-degree virtual tour for a local business. I have published dozens of other panoramic photos like this. The contact form for the Trusted Photographer Pano Editor is a broken link.

 

I'm getting 2 different errors when I try to publish: http://imgur.com/dViAnHh and http://imgur.com/JgOhFHp

 

The business in question is:

You need to contact the Street View Trusted team to address this issue with their lookup tool.

The editor fails often at different steps in the process, there are frequent complaints about this issue in the Street View Trusted help forum.

If you get that broken link it means that either you are trying to access it while logged in to a Google account that is not the SVT photographer account or that the permissions to access it are not set correctly.

I am also a Google Street View | Trusted Photographer, and cannot access the forum. I inadvertently quit the forum, attempting to stop the overwhelming number of emails I was getting last September when Google re-branded and changed the structure. Can you please help me re-establish my membership? I cannot access the Forum or submit a request to https://support.google.com/streetview_trusted/contact/report_an_issue as suggested. I am blocked from both. What can I do?
