Can I post pictures or web links in responding to controversial review?

I need to respond to a 1 star review that has some inaccuracies (lies).  I have pictures that will help explain what really happened in this case rather than just me (biz owner) saying so.  Is there a way for to post the pictures in the reply or I could write a blog post with pictures and links then post the link to blog post?

Does anyone have any guidance on this for me?

Thank you.

Hi Bryan

You can't include any photos in a review or a response. I've not tried to leave links in a response but I do know that if you leave links in a review, that review will get filtered in most cases.

So, please do go ahead with the blog post and then linking to it in the review, but be prepared with a back up plan in case that fails!

(And either way, if you wouldn't mind letting us know how you went then that would be great).

the only thing I tried is providing a link like this "see goo dot gl slash FpRmhP"

This at least works

I would caution before responding to the review that you read this article: http://blumenthals.com/blog/2010/03/16/responding-to-negative-reviews-the-real-audience-is-your-pros...

There are very few cases where I would say it's a good idea to defend yourself in a review response.
