Business only shows on Google Maps when logged on

I set up my business, Emer's Kitchen, located at  102 Lesson Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland, on Google My Business some time ago, filling out all the required information. It was also verified.

When I log onto the Google account I used to do this, I can see the business on Google Maps. However, if anyone else uses Google Maps to navigate to its location, it doesn't show up. See the two attached screen shots. Can this be fixed, so that it always shows up, regardless of who is looking for it?

Regards

Brendan Murphy

It's quit normal that you get the place label shown up if you searched fro
it.
Otherwise this information from Google helps you understanding when or
whether they show a place label:

Place Labels https://support.google.com/business/answer/6056435

It is Google Local algorithms that choose what business listings are shown
as Place Labels and it is not possible for business owners to request
inclusion of the business listing as a Place Label. There is also nothing
business owners can do with their business listings to ensure that their
businesses are displayed as a Place Label on Maps and Earth.

Many thanks for your reply, though I'm not sure it's one I wanted to hear! ("There is also nothing business owners can do with their business listings to ensure that their businesses are displayed as a Place Label"). It's a pity, as it's the most common way I'd look for somewhere if I was visiting a locality (i.e. just browse the map, without using a search).

Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

I've got the same problem with my business. http://www.scoot.co.uk offered to add my business at for a one off cost of about £220 which I turned down!
