Hi Donna,

Contact business support to merge the second Animal Physiotherapy page as it is now a duplicate

Hi Donna,

I actually found 4 listings, not two:

https://plus.google.com/+AnimalPhysiotherapyLtdBracknell/about
https://plus.google.com/103277091182701405286/about
https://plus.google.com/109634919884547130319/about

https://plus.google.com/114542413645322384190/about

You're saying that Hermans water road and 5 prankhurst drive are the same location? (The map looks the same now that you mention it...) The bottom one is marked permanently closed, and it looks like it's causing you extra problems in addition to what you're posting about. When I did a search for Animal Physiotherapy Ltd, it popped up the right hand side description of the closed business, saying you're permanently closed.

Luckily that's an easy problem to fix: just follow the advice in this article:
http://searchengineland.com/google-fixing-permanently-closed-problem-242364

In the future, changing your address in your claimed listing when moving is much better than creating a new listing and marketing the old one as closed... unless that was actually a 3rd location that closed with no move taking place of course.

The big thing that's throwing me off though... maybe one of the ones I had above is from a different location, but then why are you using the same phone number everywhere? That's asking for trouble down the line... if you have multiple listings for multiple locations, each location should have it's own phone number as well.

Beyond that, @Jordan Burleson's advice to try and contact support and ask for a merge is correct. If you run into troubles with their phone team (can happen) try @googlesmallbiz on twitter as well. Make sure you don't have two versions of that address floating around outside of Google either by the way (Yelp, etc) you might want to clean that up as well if so.
