Addding a report form to the knowledge panel?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if it is possible to add an action link to an online form that allows customers to report environmental issues i.e. report a pot hole, report dog fouling

I understand that hotels have this feature where customers can input the dates and then it follows through to the rest of the booking.

I envisage a knowledge panel that has the generic website link under 'website' and then an integrated part that says something like 'Report a pot hole' and takes the customer to the online form.

a) is this possible?
b) how can I implement it? schema markup?

Thanks in advance,

That's a great idea and use for interactivity.

The are called "Place Actions" and Google is still testing them. See

The documentation is here:

And you can request to join the test here:

It does not appear that your specific implementation would be supported yet but it is worth asking.

If you didn't see this NYTimes article about a city that accepts all of those sorts of reports via Twitter you might find it interesting:

If, after you fill out the forms, and wait an appropriate length of time you have no success, ping me on this thread and I will broach the subject through our Google Community Manager and see if there is anyone to talk to.

Hi Mike!

Thank you for your quick response. I've had a look at the links and am going to put in a request for a test now - I'll let you know how I get on!

Kind regards,
