Addding a report form to the knowledge panel?

Hi all,


I was just wondering if it is possible to add an action link to an online form that allows customers to report environmental issues i.e. report a pot hole, report dog fouling


I understand that hotels have this feature where customers can input the dates and then it follows through to the rest of the booking.


I envisage a knowledge panel that has the generic website link under 'website' and then an integrated part that says something like 'Report a pot hole' and takes the customer to the online form.


a) is this possible?
b) how can I implement it? schema markup?

That's a great idea and use for interactivity.

The are called "Place Actions" and Google is still testing them. See

It does not appear that your specific implementation would be supported yet but it is worth asking.
