how to show/hide metrics at time seris

Good day!
I'm trying to make a report with several metrics at the same time series
I want people who can't edit this report to be able show and hide different metrics

How is it possible to do?

I thought something about creating new dimension, but i'm stuck and ran out of ideas.

May the solution is in creating area chart, but Data Studio says "The Dimensions and Metrics are incompatible with this chart. Please change the dimensions and metrics in the property panel to generate the chart."
For now i'm having only one dimension date and 2 metrics which type is number
Thank you

Currently, viewers of your report do not have the flexibility you are asking for.

This is a feature we are considering.

Hi Arseniy,

I'm not quite sure I understand your question. It sounds like you want the choice of metrics to be dynamically selected by report viewers. That's not possible. You can use a filter control to dynamically select the VALUES for the selected metric. So maybe that's where you were going with the idea to create a dimension to hold those values. You could possibly do that with a calculated field.

Here's the Help Center article on calculated fields:

Hope this helps!
