Two metrics: can I apply a filter only to one?

Hi all,

I have a site where people can vote and I want to make an overview of the best performing channels. So all the visitors from different channels (Full Referer) and next to that the amount of users who have voted (this is a unique event, the 'vote' button)

I've made a table for that (see screenshot) with Full referer as dimension and two metrics: users and unique events. To select the right event I use the filter option but this restricts both metrics. I now only see all the visitors who have voted, instead of all the visitors and the amount of voters of that group.

My question:
Is it possible to combine two metrics in one graph/diagram where a filter only applies to one metrics. And if not is there a workaround, ie. Google sheets?
(Currently there is only channel, (direct) but that ofcourse will grow when the site goes live.)

Best regards,
