Is there a way to toggle between data sources in a Data Studio report?

I have a report set up for a specific Analytics view. I would LOVE to have a toggle set up so I could switch views in this report! Is this possible?

Not natively in Data Studio.  You'd need to extract the data via another tool and combine it into a single datasource in order to have a dimension you could filter on.

Maybe you can use a Data Control thingie.. First button on the right after the add user icon.

You could use Google Spreadsheets, and install an add-on into it.

Google Analytics Spreadsheet

You can than go to Add-on's -> Google Analytics -> Create new Report.

You can use the Query Explorer to test your query's, you can use the values you use in there in your GA  Spreadsheet report too.

You could then combine the results into one single sheet, to use them both.

I believe this original question was asked before the Data Control feature was released:

If you need to easily toggle between Data Sources (GA Views, etc.) then this is what you want.
