Tables in reports: Header to name table; rename columns

I don't see an option to have a header at the top of a table, such as "Sales by Product." I am putting a text box above it, which is awkward.

Is there no way to rename table columns? I have "Order Lines/Total" from my db export and I want to just right click and rename "Qty"

So far, not impressed with Data Studio. You had one job: make an exact copy of Tableau. Is that hard for a company like Google? They seem to have rolled out this product long before it was ready for prime time. I think Data Studio will be good in about two years, but right now it's immature. You wonder why they introduced it prematurely.

Resources > Manage added datasources

Edit your datasource, click on a dimension/metric and choose the Rename option.

Just FYI, this is a beta, not a released product.

Great -- thanks very much indeed, that works.

I'm sure the Product will be improved as time goes on, and eventually surpass Tableau.
