Question--what SEO site analysis tool do you use/recommend? I was referred to SEM Rush and Screaming Frog. Thoughts?

My goals:

Provide SEO attributes: page rank, site speed, content, title tags, etc
Provide competitor analysis for said client
Show comparison after optimization has been completed.

Thank you for any help and advice.

Thank you so much. I did try out the trial version of Moz and was either not figuring out how to use it well or just disappointed with the results. I am also guessing the paid version gives me more what I'm looking for?
Never heard of Conductor Searchlight so I'll check that out! Thank you!
