Multiple series in scatter charts

Scatter and bubble charts in Sheets allow you to differentiate data points by color. This is driven by a separate "series" column in the data that tells the chart which set (i.e. color) the data point belongs to. It would be really great if Data Studio also had this feature.

Hi Nick,

this is already possible.

As pointed out in the documentation, Bubble color in the Scatter chart STYLE tab "Sets the dimension to use for coloring the data points in your chart. When set to None, the bubbles display in a single color. Selecting a dimension causes the chart to display multiple colors."

Hope that helps.

Thanks Tom. Is it possible to do so without having the bubble color dimension show up as a label for a data point? From what I can tell, the bubble color dimension has to be one of the specified dimensions for the chart.
