Month to date revenue

Good afternoon,

I have plugged Revenue from GA on a Scorecard and I am looking to make a valuable comparison vs last period.

As of now, it's comparing a full month (last month for instance) to an ongoing month.

I was looking to build a dynamic calculated metric

I thought this should work for a given number ( in the below example, I would take all day that are below 27 as value)

Revenue* MAX(CASE WHEN DAY(Date)<=26 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)

It doesn't work and I can't find out why after reading the CASE help

Could you please help ?

thanks a lot

From what I gather, they haven't yet created a dynamic date, but lots of people have been asking for it, so I'm hoping it'll be in the next release.

In the same vein, I am looking to have a table where I can see the mobile bounce rate and the desktop bounce rate

The metric mobile bounce rate isn't directly available when Data studio is linked to Google analytics

The following formula will not work if it is placed in a table where the dimension Device Category is absent (the desktop bounce rate should be next to the mobile bounce rate in the same table to compare performance for each page)

Bounce Rate * MAX(CASE WHEN Device Category = "mobile" THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)

Does someone managed to have this working ? That would be of great help
