Limitation of single filter

Google Data Studio has a limitation of 10 OR clauses in a single filter. I need more than that. Any suggestions of a work around? The help desk recommends using the IN option instead, but I don't know what the IN option is. It doesn't seem to be working for me when I try it.

Thanks

Hi Brooke,

The IN option is working, but you need to write the values exactly same as in the table.

If in your table, the values of your field "MyMovies" are Godzilla, Man Steel, X-Men, ....

Your filter working need to be :

MyMovies IN Godzilla,X-Men

If you write same as below, it will not work. You need to respect uppercase, ....

MyMovies IN godzilla,x-Men

If you're using the matched REGEX option in the filter, you can use a pipe:

page "matches regex" pageA|pageB|pageC

Unfortunately, this only works with the two regex filter options, but it's what I've used to get around the limitation.

Thanks for your response Litmon - I will see how that goes.
