How can I exclude certain rows?

I have included a google excel sheet and wanted to exclude now few rows from the view. Couldnt find a solution so far.

You can remove data from a visualisation with filters, look for the folowing at the bottom of the 'data' pane on your chosen chart type:

As far as I can understand, this can only be used to remove data based on certain Dimensional values. It cannot be used to exclude certain values in Metrics.

 

You might want to do this, for instance, if you want to remove data where the sample size is small and not statistically relevant; I have global sales data, which I want to compare with the relevant population to get an estimate of market share; the results show that our company happens to be extremely successful in isolated spots such as Spitzbergen and St Kitts and Nevis, which may be technically true (or just a statistical fluke) but not very interesting from a business performance point of view.
