Is it possible to have the x and y axis as time dimensions in data studio ?

Something like shown below?

Well, first of all, the first problem I see is that you have date as rows which DS might not recognize as a dimension. Also, maybe you should name the two date dimensions differently. Usually, you cannot have X/Y as date dimension for both, but using a Sheets might be the only answer.

i am using mysql as data source is there any way i can have x/y as date dimension if i rename the two dimensions but still have them as dates?

Not using MySQL a lot, but renaming one of the data dimensions would be something to try. At least, that's what I would do.
