Bug: ISO Year Week Format seems invalid

The "ISO Year Week" format has "YYYYWww" as its example format. I interpret that to mean to "2016W02". DataStudio doesn't recognize that as valid but does recognize "201602". This is either a bug with the format description or of DataStudio.

Hi Ryan -- thanks for the feedback!

Labeling our time dimensions has been a little bit tricky. As you found, the YYYYWww format does not accept 2016W02 as input data nor display it in that way (instead it will show something like "Nov 21, 2016 to Nov 27, 2016 (Week 47)", at least not when the data source is GA.

We will look to clarify this by updating the labels to YYYYww, or something else that is a little clearer. Thanks for pointing out this area of confusion!

Hi Alon or others,

I still have the same issue with how the weekly date range is presented.

1. Extract data from GA to Google Sheet in the format YYYYww

2. Import this data to Data Studio

3. Clarifying to DataStudio that this field should be seen as Type ISO Year Week (YYYYww)

4. In the graph it is still presented as: "Oct 9, 2017 to Oct 15, 2017 (Week 41)" and that takes up way too much space

Any recommendations on how to get passed this?
