Problem: GA doesn't keep current view when navigate to another filter

Hi,

I have to report the traffic of many sections in our site every week. The data on report mostly based on Acquisition > All Traffic > Channels.

As I remembered, before Analytics was updated, when I change to another filter (which mean another section of our site), the view remained the same.

But now, when I change, the view is back to the Audience > Overview, which is very frustrated for me.

Is there a way we could keep the view by setting something? Or could Google Analytics team consider retain that way of navigate?

Hi @Tuan T

completely understand your frustration.

One work around to consider, is analytics report shortcuts

Thank you Bronwyn V, I'll try this solution.

The problem is I have to report each week (compare previous week with the previous), not sure analytic report shortcut could automatically change the date.

The shortcuts couldn't keep comparing date,.

But it's an Analytics problem, so I'd accept Bronwyn V comment as a solution. Many thanks to Bronwyn.
