New Q&A on Mobile

I am eager to learn how to effectively administer answers in the new Q&A on mobile for enterprise.  I manage 200+ corporate owned retail locations (we are not an agency).  Any tips from anyone in a similar situation?  I can't imagine administering every question on my mobile device, is there another interface available for desktop?  What are the notification options?  Thank you.

Currently there isn't a way to manage Q&A for tons of locations.  Hopefully they will make it easier in the future.

Hello Joy, I stumbled upon a Q&A for one of our business locations today which might illustrate our frustration with crowdsourced answers to our customer questions:

 
Question:
Does the pharmacy participate with Medicare? Do you have a qualified staff member in the pharmacy to give flu shots at all times? Please reply and thank you.

I'm just seriously at a loss for words.  This is not how we communicate with our valued customers.  I rarely get notifications of questions pending answers, I did not receive notification for this one.

I would suggest flagging the incorrect answers and they should get removed.

I think we're all hoping that the next release of the API for GMB includes some functionality for Q&A. Even if it's only a notification. We can't wait to incorporate it into processes.

I'm not using the API... maybe I should.  So far I have not found compelling reason to make the switch.
