My Business Chat Not Working on Listing[ Edited ]

I have setup the new chat feature on my Google business listing. The chat is enabled, and linked to our phone number. If I click the "message" button on our listing from my cell phone and text our business, it gives me an auto response from Google: "Google - Business Admin: Thanks for sending a message to Bekins Northwest - Seattle. For help with Google SMS, reply with HELP." Our phone number never receives the text, and my cell phone never receives the automatic response I setup within our Google business listing. I have verified the number and received the text from Google.
Any ideas on what's wrong?
