Learned today 100+ Locations won't receive review notifications
Today I learned that accounts with over 100 locations will no longer receive notifications of user reviews. So although receiving reviews is a really, really good thing, does this new policy put us at a large disadvantage to respond to reviews. Should we remain diligent in our efforts to try to respond to every review or do our responses/replies no longer carry any weight? Just wondering about the long term and adjusting action plans. Any thoughts to share on this is greatly appreciated.
