There is someone that is making fake Google accounts and posting negative reviews that are not true on my business's Google reviews. My business is new and I have lots of competition, I was wondering if it can be removed because it is hurting my business and making huge false claims. The person who posted this was "Franky To".

Thank you,

Hi Kings P

There are unfortunately only 2 options available to you in this situation
1. Flag each review as being against Google's guidelines (click on the small flag icon that will appear to the right of the date in the review). They will go into a moderation queue and if the reviews team determine them to be against Google's guidelines then the reviews will be removed. This is unlikely to happen to be honest.
2. Answer the reviews explaining (for the benefit of people reading the reviews) that these reviews are not true and setting out your side of the story. This give prospective customers a better idea of your business.
