Google Listing Robo-dial - Multi Location

Hi all,

I am getting berated by Robo-dialers saying I have "issues" with my Google Listing. Clearly it's a ploy by bad actors trying to take advantage of business owners that aren't aware of Google My Business. I own multiple businesses in different categories (the reason I was called) and what they don't know is I'm also a Google Partners 'Google Specialist' - Google Official City Partner and am involved in a company that specializes in Google My Business Data.

These tricks these companies are up to absolutely kills the integrity we strive for as Google Partners and I want justice - they are ruining it for all of us with misinformation to SMBs.

Does anyone have the proper link to the form that reports these calls??? (I believe there is a specific form for Google My Business related calls) and I can't find it after searching for a bit.

Thanks Community!

Hi Eric and fellow readers,

Lately I have also been receiving calls from what claims to be a Google Data Provider. I answer the calls which show up on caller ID as coming from New York and Atlanta because I have applied for several jobs. Otherwise perhaps I'd ignore the random number. So a computer recording mentions this a call to verify my google business listing and asks for input via dialing 1 to confirm your information. After pressing one a live operator comes on asking to confirm information. At this point I ask whom do they work for and to give me their email address. I haven't given them any information nor confirmed anything and eventually they hang up. I too would like to report this and would also appreciate the link.

Have a nice day.

Hi,

I am getting non stop calls from ROBO calls  "Google" using a local number that wants me to input all of my information to verify my website. I hang up but they keep calling over and over again daily different numbers same area code 505.  My Youmail catches it as spam when I ignore it. I am now screening all my calls. Should I talk to a "specialist" next time and try to get their info and not give them any of mine?

I may have to change my phone number because of this (that ive had for ten years) please advise.

this are definitively scammers.

Would react on such calls.

And if there is a chanc to forward the phone number to the police or to a collecting platform of scammer phone calls do this as well.
