where its says Total Coast on my campaign is that what I have to pay?

The total cost is what you have to pay, yes.  

 

The cost is set by you--your daily budget determines how much your campaign will spend in a month. If you have accidentally set your daily budget to more than you wanted to pay, you need to go in and change it immediately. Costs will continue to accrue at this same level until you do.

 

You can also pause your campaign(s) entirely if you want costs to stop accruing. The total due will continue to go up until all of the current data (today's data) is posted but no new costs will accrue after that.
