what do you do if several adword a/cs i use have shared billing info?

Myself and my partner currently have several adword accounts, but have recently cross shared billing address/debit card details etc. this has resulted in the account being suspended. We have sent emails to adwords help for over a fortnight and only receive back automated responses.

We are now DESPERATE  to resolve this as our business has not had any income for a fortnight.

Why do we not receive any replies?

No one calls back.

No one emails are sent back apart from automated replies

How do we solve this issue as all of the billing details have all now been stripped back and replaced with just one card?

Hi there;

Why did you have several accounts? What was the purpose?
Please copy / paste here the suspension email received from Google;
Do not include any personal info (e.g. Email, CID...)

We have had another automated response after submission of the form sent:

Account suspension due to violation of terms & conditions.

This automated message also says that there is a 3 day turnaround for a response, could you please advise if anything can be done to expedite the resolution of our issue?

We have no control over Google's timeline for reviewing a suspension

You have been superb in helping us to make progress today. We have gone 2 whole weeks with nothing but automated responses.

Just concerned that another 3 days are a possibilIty for us.

What do we do if we have no response within the 3 day pledge as this is always the case.

GOOGLE SUPPORT - CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

 

We haven't not as yet had a notification or telephone call to advise regarding the status of our suspended account. Could anyone working at the Google support centre please call us to resolve?

We have now deleted all the related accounts to our original account, does this now clear the account.

I have just called the automated contact line and it still says that the account has been violated and suspended.
