I had my old address in the billing information

But had my new card with my new address as my primary card. I didn't change the old address to the new address in the billing information. Can i get my account going again?

Hi Korey,
Unfortunately, we're not going to be able to give you any hints as to why your account as suspended because we don't know what your site is. You're going to need to provide a lot more information than that.

It's like calling your vet and telling him simply that "my pet is sick". He can't diagnose using that info alone.

If you provide more info, we may be able to help you understand, however, please note, that google's decision IS final. Nothing will change that.
