unable to link client billing to MCC

I can easily link my client's account to our MCC but the client used his own payment details before and now we are unable to utilise our MCC MDO we have in place with Google.

 

how do I delete billing o payment options so that I can manage my clients billing from our MDO in our MCC?

thanks Tom, but that does not work - tried it. the client account is set up to work on either manual or automatic payment ia their credit card or bank transfer. When I access the budget tab via MCC I do not see the MDO way of managing the budget, I see the individual account billing information, and that's what I cannot seem to change.

Ok, how about checking that the account in question is eligible for MDS?

What you have described here sounds an awful lot like a prepay account to me which is listed as ineligible.

One more thing...if the account IS on prepay, you should be contacting support.

Hi loveLife, 

 

Thanks for the question.  Considering the circumstances of this situation, it sounds like the child account under your MCC is on the new billing interface.  Currently, this interface is incompatible with you Manager Defined Spend (MDS). Therefore, I would suggest that you call into 866-2Google and ask for an Account Level Order (ALO) to be created.
