suspicious behaviour in the payment -we suspended

Actually am the owner of a Business. and we have created a new website for our business. Now as billing I have entered my company name and paid using my own personal bank a/c netbanking... is that the issue they though something wrong? In that case please help me .. how to speak with them. because there is nothing wrong. 

 

I need the account to be fixed at the earliest.

I want to know is this normal.. happen with most of new a/c? Or something to be worried?

As you have already filled up this form then wait for the response from the adwords support.

As suggested by @MosheTLV a specialist will be assigned to resolve your issue.

 

Further I would like to let you know the Requirements and security for Net banking option in India

 

You can use net banking to make a manual payment if the following applies to you:

  • You have a billing address and bank account in India.
  • You've selected the Indian Rupee (INR) as your AdWords currency.
  • Your bank is supported by our payment partner, TimesofMoney.

 

But I did not find Axis bank in the list that are supported by TimesofMoney. I think you might need to enable the secure access for Axis bank.

Hi,

 

Many banks blocking a new online payment. this is known as fraud protection. I would suggest to check with your axis branch. Blocking Payment can consider as unauthorized access attempts or activity in your AdWords account and may be this is the reason you account is suspended.
