i take help to another adward user afterthat my adward account is suspend for billing behavior in the payment activity. at this time i not sure what can i do ? plz help me

We don't have access to your account here in the community.

I'd suggest that you contact your bank to make sure there was no issues there then contact AdWords support by phone to straighten it out in the morning.
