suspension on billing

Hi,

 

I opened a new account just two weeks ago and used my new credit card to pay for google charges and last night they suspended the account because they found some suspicious activity in my payment. How it is possible...I only paid google twice and bought some other home stuff..how can they even flag these payments suspicoius??

 

No idea...can you help me out Moshe.

Thank you for posting on our Community forum. Regarding your billing issue, our AdWords Support team recently sent you an email indicating that your account is under review. You should hear from them within three business days. If you have not received an update by the end of the third business day, please feel free to let me know.

hi paul,

email came and the account still remains suspended. I don't know what the issue is...I simply used the new credit card to make the payment and the account suddenly gets banned giving an unreasonable explanation.
