"Your account is suspended" - Even it's prepaid.

Hello Everyone,

 

I just started to use Adwords and until now, there has been no problem. I made a payment around 1.000 USD with my bosses credit card and created campaigns. It was going really great but yesterday suddenly, I got this message;

 

"Your account is suspended - We haven't received payment for your advertising costs, so we've temporarily suspended your AdWords account until you're able to pay your balance."

 

I don't understand. What happened?

 

Also, I'd like to admit the support is horrible. I can't reach the phone number you gave. In some forums, they say, it's not possible to call with cell phones and I tried different methods with no luck.

 

By the way, I'm from Turkey. This is the number: <edited by a Community Manager as noted below>

 

I sent couple of e-mails, used contact form but even after 2 days, I haven't got a single response.

 

These ads are really important for my business. Can someone please reply?

Thank you for the reply. I'm glad to be a part of this community.

The thing that I didn't understand even if the payment has already been done, why does the system tell that it hasn't received a payment. I perfectly understand the routine security checks and but this looks like something entirely different.

I just received the proof of payments from my boss and if it's required, I'm happy to share it to the specialist who will contact me by mail.

My account has been suspended with this same issue "Your account is suspended - We haven't received payment for your advertising costs, so we've temporarily suspended your AdWords account until you're able to pay your balance." although this is my first account and first campaign and I haven't reached the billing point,can you please help me,this campaign is very important for my business,
