problem activating my new account after filling out billing informatio

I just set up my first online campaign. I filled out all the correct billing information and when i click on "all online campaigns" I get the following error message " 

Your account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing information. 
To activate your account and start running your ads, enter your billing information"

Hi,

Sometimes it takes a few hours for the system to process your card details with the card issuer;Wait for few hours. If the problem persists, contact your local Google support team
