I would try to add a new payment method (not edit the one) and make sure to enter all of the card info correctly. If you still get an error, you should contact AdWords support for precise care, since only they can see and access your account.
To reach support, please open AdWords, click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner and call the number shown. You can also click on Help (same location) and use another method to interact with AdWords Support.
