I was told it would  start as soon as I spent the money that is why I started it just before the 4th of July holiday so it would run during this weekend in fact that is how the ad was set up to end on the 6th. I asked both William Meyer and his supervisor Nelson Sparks before I ever gave them my credit card Pneuild

Hi Gregory C,

I'm not sure your relationship with William and Nelson, so you may wish to get in touch with them if they're helping you with your account.

I would check a few things to ensure your account gets off the ground:
(1) If you're doing manual payments, make sure there's a credit balance in the account. If you're doing automatic payments, make sure you have a valid form of payment set up in the account.
(2) Make sure your campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, placements, etc. are all enabled.
(3) Make sure your ads are approved.

Those are common reasons I see for an account not running. Hope that helps!
