new account suspended. Cannot verify billing

So, I setup a new adwords account while I was in the US and of course I was a bit stupid and it defaulted to USD. My business is in the UK.

 

Anyway I had loads of issues with my card getting declined due to the USD account, I cancelled the account and setup a UK one.

 

So this ran for a few days but has now been suspended. When I try to make a payment it says

 

Due to a system error or scheduled maintenance, we couldn't process your payment.

 

So I'm assuming this is due to the suspension. I'm guessing the other account is flagging this new account that the payments or card are suspect.

 

After several emails I just get the normal auto replies. Any idea's how I can resolve this?

Hi,

Yes I have done and comes back with the decision is final. Is there anyway to speak to someone. I'm sure i've just done something wrong with the setup of the accounts. Seems a bit silly that they would ban me for a mistake.
