need help with coupon code

Hello,

I closed my old Adwords account (postpay) and opened new prepaid account.

I made stupid mistake - didn't understand clearly terms of coupons, that coupon is not only for new accounts, but for new customers also.

I think this is the reason of my account suspension.

 

Is it possible to remove coupon code from my account?

As Pankaj said there could be two reasons:

Either you opened a new account before the first one was closed, or you violated the coupons conditions, - trying to use another coupon the same coupon for the new account.

Either way, that's a violation of the Policy. I am afraid we cannot help with that. You may contact support, asking to revisit the issue, explaining your situation. But, chances are slim.( At least as I see it...)

Hello Jelena,

 

If I understood your question correctly, you are saying that the account is suspended because you tried redeeming the coupon in 2 accounts? Please correct me here if I misunderstood it.

 

First thing is that you can redeem a coupon only once and it is non transferable as far as my knowledge goes.

 

Have you tried contacting Adwords support for this issue?

No, I used coupon only in one account, fresh opened, never use coupons on first account.

About contacting support- it's impossible to call our local (Lithuanian) support. Contacted by mail, but no result.

Hello again,

 

What reason has been given for the account suspension? Did you actually cancel the first Adwords account and then created new one? Read this for more details.

 

Please make sure that you are not violating the policy of one account per business. I would also suggest you to wait for Adwords response via email.

It was standart "We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. As a result of this review, your account and any related accounts have been suspended, and your ads are no longer running on Google. If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us through the AdWords Help Center."

 

Yes, I closed old account first, opened new next day.

it looks that there may be some issue with the voucher you used. You can reach Lithuanian support via this phone no. 880031469 between 11.am and 3.pm Vilnius time.

Yes, it was stupid mistake with coupon - it was for "US billing adress" ,BUT let me ask- why the F...k GoDaddy assignet it to my account if it's clearly that my billing is in Lithuania??????

 

Google support is as always - if you are in trouble- it's your problem ANY way.

Just want to wish to all Google supports - I WISH YOU TO BE IN THE SAME SITUATION THAT YOU PUT PEOPLE IN.

I hope YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME HELP as we are.

So, I wanted to promote my book ( on Amazon), That's it - 5 years of my work, about $6.000 of my money - I can put it to the toilet.... ff....ck
