my new adwords account was suspended "can't verify billing "

I just set up my adwords account last night and then @ 8:43am this morning I got an email stating that my account and any other related accounts have been suspended because they can't verify my billing information I am very confused by this as I do not have any other accounts, and I assumed they were verifying my credit card when they took the dollar off.. If someone could please help me I woould so greatly appreciate it. I have been advertising with Bing with the same card and same website and same info with no problem. My ads never even ran with Google and as I see on the forum there is alot of people that are having the same problem.. So I am wondering what the issue really is I hope to hear from someone soon Thanks Again....

This comes up often. I don't know if the following is the reason but having worked at a call center once for a well-known large electronics retailer, it could be:

 

When you buy something online (such as Adwords), the seller asks for information such as your name, address, phone number and of course, the credit card information. The credit card company has that information as well. To verify who you say you are, the merchant's information must match exactly what the credit card company has. If anything doesn't match, it is rejected.

 

Often, someone would buy on the company site from work. Their phone number is being asked but since they are at work, they give their work number. That's a mismatch from what the CC has and is rejected. One thing the CC would sometimes ask for to verify the buyer is ask them to call us from the phone number provided to the CC company. We couldn't release the product for shipping until that happened. Many arguments with customers but all we could say is "you must call us from xxx-xxx-xxxx".

 

I think too that sometimes, if you type St. as the abbreviation for street, it will fail. I also remember someone mis-typing 132 Main street when they lived at 123 Main street. That's of course a fail. People move and change address (duh) and phone numbers. Make sure your credit cards are up to date. It's easy to forget calling them after a move and giving them ALL your new information, including phone number. Also, make sure you have enough credit, that happened fairly often at the call center.

hi,
     my account has been suspended  because one of the reason i think that i was having 1 more account the reason why i was having the 1 more account because earlier google suspended my account because of not verifying the billing details and after that one day when i call google they suggested me to open new account and i open it than after 2 days my account which was suspended was activated again and than i myself cancelled my new account and i started using my unsuspended account but later on i found out that google has provided the promotion voucher into my that account which was cancelled by myself and that account was activated itself and one day by mistake i turn on the ads by thinking that the ads are running for my current campaign but later on i find out that it was my other account and than i cancel that account myself by knowing the adword policies and after couple of days my account was suspended may be because of having 2 acount under same name also earlier i was using the my same card in january 2012 for adword but that account was under different domain and on that account i still have $550 amount due which i have to pay to google.  now in my account it's written Your "Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this, or a related account could not be verified "  i'm tyring frm last couple of days to get my account back but still no result    so can you guys help me?
