After entering the the billing information,you account will go under review.This is because Google want to ensure your account security, billing information, etc. Additionally, ads, accounts, and landing pages can be subject to review at any time - again, that is to ensure the protection and security of our advertiser's accounts.

 

In general the review process takes 2 - 3 business days.However sometimes they can take a little bit longer. If your account is under review for longer than that time-frame, I would encourage you to get in touch with the support team
