hello everybody.

I'm from russia, and i pay to google adwords by assist.ru - payment partner of google . My visa card is good . Assist.ru verified billing information and my visa credit card

 

So why when I pay for google. Google to suspend my account because I did not verify billing information. This is ridiculous.

I wrote an email asking google many times but only received automated email reply and say that I violated Google's policies. The reason for this stark contrast with the initial reason that google is not giving it to verify my billing information.

I've read a lot of times but I did not realize I violated Google's policies. I am writing to ask google, but they did not answer.

I'm really stuck. I am a customer of google, I pay for the services of google but I do not get the same service as a customer. If I do something wrong, you must tell me what do I edit, why are you silent and made me have to find their own mistakes. If so, mission support group is what?
