Could you please explain this is brief, as the card we used belongs to our company and is the same which was used at the time of setup of AdWords account.

This message could appear when your card has been used in multiple locations in a short span of time or when it is used by multiple people on different accounts. 

 

Please ensure that the card is still active and current. If yes, please update your payment information in your account and save. Let us know if you have any further issues.

Hi Mini,
We are using this card only with google and a couple of our suppliers in the States as this is our Company Card.We haven't used this card in any other location apart from United States. I have also emailed a screen shot of our bank statement to adwords-support@google.com. The card we are using is issued by a U.S bank and our I.P Address is of India, so can it be a possible reason for Google for sending us an email stating“We've identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of your AdWords account”. If required I have updated the contact information of the Owner of the Company, so Google can verify with the bank and also speak to the C.E.O.

We have received a reply from one of your Google representative stating there was some billing issue, so we have forwarded our bank statement to her. If possible you can co-ordinate with her.

The only thing you can do is to wait, you an get in touch with them but you will not get any friendly answer what they will answer is that is part of their routine and measure to protect us and keep our account safe, and that according to the agreement and the condition of use you agreed on they do not have to explain you why they are doing it. It took 2 weeks for my case to be resolved, So get in touch with them make sure you have every pieces of info you might need to prove the card is yours and be nice ( as much as possible ;p) and patient
