cost for ad on google display network

i noticed that for google adwords, the whole thing depends on 3 things

1. daily budget

2. cpc bid

3. ad quality (and i still don't really get this one)

but if im, hypothetically, posting an ad via google's display network so it can show on all related blogs and etc, how would the billing/cost be?

also if i use both google adwords and display network, how would billing look like? is using both of them a smart way to promote business?

Hello and welcome,

Google Display Network is a part of large network of Google where you can show ads related to your product or service. Bidding and costs for Display Network works on the same process like Search Network in the sense that your ad quality and your maximum CPC or CPM (if you using Cost per 1000 impression bidding model) is set.
