Hi @Muhammad A,

 

Click on the cogwheel in the upper right corner of your AdWords account, select Billing, and next the Transaction history menu item. Now find and click the big blue Make a payment link and go ahead as prompted.

 

If you no longer wish to use your AdWords account, follow the steps described in the below document.
