I've been trying to setup my client campaign for 5-6 days now, and adwords have not yet completed the billing review.
what is wrong with the billing details, everything seems to be fine, when ever i contact support, i get same automated message, and no one replies even after 24 or after 48 hours.
Please take a look.

I understand your frustration and disappointment. However, billing /payment issues are account specificד. Since we do not have access to the account we cannot help with that.
