adwords account suspended due to billing and policy
My Adwords suspended after few days run. I got this from Google:

and after update one more backup card and emailing to Google to ask, I got this:

Right now, I am unclear what is the reason that lead to the suspension as I think my ad is OK for the policy. Please someone here help me.
