account suspended due to billing

my acount has been suspended to prevent unauthroised activity on the credit card. I am struggling to get it unsuspended. It is my card and the details are correct and I made the payments. Can you please help me get the account unsuspended?   If need be, I am happy to change the payment method to bank account to help this process. Should not be that difficult?

 

I am not getting through to an actual human being and just getting emails that the revision decision is final?

 

I don't understand how a decision taken as a precaution can be final when adwords has not gone to ANY effort to verify that the payments I have made are legitimate!! It is my credit card and all I want is just to resume my campaign and pay for the campaigns in a way that adwords approves of.

 

I only get automated emails back! Very disappointing that automated systems are shutting down businesses without any chance to get help or fix a non-existing problem!

PS: Can I actually get to speak to a human being?

There is nothing wrong in my biling information and I am not even being given the chance to correct any problem I dont know about to change billing.

All payments made were from my card and authorised by me.

Very disappointing service from adwords. Seems easier to just shut accounts than give it an extra 5min to work out a solution to a problem adwords wont even fully explain.

yes, I have filled in and submitted the form. After a day an automated email came that the account has been reviewed by specialists but no reason was given that the suspension is final.

I dont understand it at all. The payment information is correct, no reason for the suspension has been given and upon review I am provided with no explanation or means to rectify an imaginay problem.

I just want to run the add with any billing method adwords is happy with. But only get automated replies rather than a genuine attemot to resolve the PRECAUTIONARY suspension.

I am seeing so many customers with the same complaint. I am having the EXACT same issue. No one will help or even call me. All automated. So unfair!
