account suspended because of wrong billing info

Looks like google is too much busy making money and have hired all the kids reviewing accounts and suspending them for no reason.

 

we have 5 sites which we are advertising on google, at first our campaigns were in a single account but later we decided to create MCC and created individual accounts yesterday, we did not pause the other campaigns as we didnt want the advertising to be paused till the new campaigns are fully functional. today one of our 5 accounts in MCC is suspended giving the same old billing verification reason, we have the SAME payment method for all the accounts and we have been making the payments in past too.

 

google should seriously take some steps to hire qualified people for reviewing client's account and not suspending them for no reason. too bad and disappointing.

Well... There could be a few reasons;

If this is the same business (i.e owned by the same entity ) with similar  services / products and similar pricing -  you might be violating the "double serving " section of the Policy;

First, read the "double serving" section. If you comply - we will proceed, trying to figure other possible reasons;

Hi, Thank you for your reply. products are the same but sites are different. even products also have price variations. they are not giving me policy violation reason, instead incorrect billing information is being given as a reason. all 4 of my new accounts are blocked now, i am running campaigns from a single account now, till now we only created PLAs and were working on creating search campaigns for all the sites.
i have tried to make payment from those accounts but each time they send an error message" Due to a system error or scheduled maintenance, we couldn't process your payment. Please try again later, or contact support if this problem continues", contacted support, there was no clear answer.
since i dont have any search or display campaign yet and only PLAs are working, there are no keywords to compete with each other.

if we are violating double serving policy, what would you recommend, should i create the campaigns for all the sites in one single account? we have an ad spend of about $1000 per day and to keep every account separate we decided to use MCC feature.

Hello there;
Please copy / paste here the suspension email received from Google;
Do not include any personal info (e.g. Email, CID...)
