How many days would my manual pre-payment take to reach you? How long till it gets posted in my account? What to do in case it is not posted in my account?

I thought that maybe we could let our advertisers know as to what the time frame is for various methods of manual pre-payments to reach us!

Please check the list below of the manual payments in your region and the time taken for the payment to reach us:

So, if you have made a manual payment and it has still not been posted in your account, please check if it has crossed the given time frame.

If it has crossed the time frame, please do contact us with a valid confirmation of payment. Sending this is mandatory, as without this information we are not able to proceed and escalate the matter to our specialist team.

What is a valid confirmation of payment?

It is a clear print screen or scanned copy of a bank statement/transaction or a bank receipt showing a bank stamp. In general, any official document from the bank showing the date, amount, and source and destination of the payment. This should also be unchangeable - in that it cannot be edited; ideal formats are scanned images (jpg, gif, etc) and pdf/tiff.

If the given time frame has not elapsed, we would request you to please wait. Only when it has elapsed and the payment has not been posted, can we escalate and get back to you with the investigation results.

Once we receive this information, we are able to escalate the same to the specialist team almost immediately.

Hi Gopa, you mention  "Once we receive this information, we are able to escalate the same to the specialist team almost immediately" Please see my recent post in the billing section as this has certainly not happened with my current and extremely urgent situation.

When I insert my billing address at my adwords account it asked me payment cards to fill it but I don't have any visa,master card,ATM or other card to fill it so how do you help me? And also can I add my country bank account numbers and to deduct the payments from it?

Your billing options will depending on your country. In this article (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704418?hl=en), you can select your country and get detailed information on the options available to you.
